1 tb Mable syrup 2 tb Cranberry juice
1/2 ts English-style dry mustard 1/2 c Vegetable oil
1 tb Cider vinegar
2 servings
In a bowl whisk together the syrup, the mustard, the vinegar, the cranberry
juice, and salt to taste, add the oil in a stream, whisking, and whisk the
vinaigrette until it is emulsified. Makes about 2/3 cup.
