Ice cream and liqueur make this coffee a rich, creamy dessert to eat with a spoon!

1 tbsp. brown sugar, packed
1/3 cup Irish cream liqueur (such as Bailey's), 2 1/2oz
1 cup chocolate ice cream
Serves 2
Measure hot coffee and brown sugar into 2 cup liquid measure.
Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Add liqueur.
Stir.
Makes about 2 cups.
Pour into 2 chilled large glasses or mugs.
Add 1/2 cup ice cream to each.

Note:
For extra-strong flavor, use espresso.

Variation (without alcohol):
Omit liqueur.
Use same amount of Irish cream-flavored syrup (such as Torani's).
