Recipe Feeder
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons beaten eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons butter or margarine
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon semisweet chocolate chips
Fresh berries or sliced almonds, if desired

1. Mix sugar and cornstarch in 2-cup measure; stir in milk and egg. Microwave uncovered on High (100%) 2 minutes; stir. Microwave uncovered until mixture thickens and boils, 1 1/2 to 2 minutes longer; stir in butter and vanilla.
2. Transfer half of pudding to another bowl and stir in chocolate until melted and smooth. Layer vanilla and chocolate pudding alternately in parfait glasses or swirl in serving dish. Cover and refrigerate about 1 hour or until chilled. Serve topped with berries or almonds.
