    Oyster Stuffing

    6 c bread Francais or Italien (0.5 lb loaf), in 0.75 in cubes
    -
    0.5 lb lardon
    -
    1 Tbsp garlic-minced
    2 c onion-hache’ fin
    1.5 c celery-hache’
    1 Tbsp thyme
    2 tsp sage
    -
    0.6 c parsley, chopped
    4 oz butter-fondue
    18 oysters-chopped



    =Bake 1. 325F ~10-15mns, golden. Cook 2., reserve 0.25c. graisse, add 3., cook until softened. Add all together
