A great snack or appetizer. Take in the car if you're traveling or to the skating rink.

1/2 cup butter or hard margarine, melted
10 flour tortillas, 10" diameter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
Makes 130 small pieces
Brush tops of tortillas with melted butter.
Spread remaining butter or jelly roll pan.
Cut into 13 wedges each for a total of 130 "chips".
Fit as many chips as close together as you can.
Mix sugar and cinnamon in small bowl.
Sprinkle over chips.
Bake in 325F oven for about 10 to 12 minutes until golden.
Cool.
Store in covered container.

Variation:
Substitute 1 package (16oz) of wonton wrappers for the tortillas.
Cut each wrapper diagonally into 4 wedges.
Proceed as above, baking for 8 minutes.
Makes 288 small pieces.
