1 lb/450g unsalted butter
makes about 2cups/450 ml/ ¾ pt
1-Heat the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Let it simmer for 15-20 minutes until all the white
residue turns golden and settles at the bottom.

2-Remove from the heat, strain and cool. Pour into an airtight bottle and store in a cool place.
