For creamier rice,increase water to 1 2/3 cups.

1 tsp. vegetable oil,
4 boneless chicken breast,
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Cambells Cream of Chicken or 98% Fat Free
Cream of Chicken Soup,
1 1/2 cups of water,
1/4 tsp. each of paprika, and pepper,
1 1/2 cups of Minute Rice,
2 cups of fresh or frozen broccoli flowerets.
serves 4
Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken, and cook until browned.
Remove chicken.
Add soup, water, paprika, and pepper. Heat to boil.
Stir in rice, and broccoli. Top with chicken.
Season chicken with additional paprika, and pepper.
Cover, and cook over low heat 5 minutes, or until done.
