Chocolate Banana Nut Muffins

2 cups all purpose flour
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup Fry's cocoa
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1 cup milk
1/3 cup salad oil
1 cup mashed ripe bananas
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts

Into a large bowl, sift flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt.
In a medium bowl, combine egg, milk, oil, bananas and vanilla.
Add all at once to dry ingredients, mixing just until moistened.
Stir in nuts.
Divide batter evenly among 12 large paper-lined muffin cups.
Bake in preheated 425F oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
Serve warm with butter.
