SAUCE
1 cup plain non-fat yogurt
1/4 cup firmly packed Big Chief golden brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons strawberry liqueur (optional)
2 12-ounce pints fresh strawberries, hulled, and cut in bite-sized pieces

GARNISH
2 tablespoons pecan pieces, lightly toasted
Servings: 4
In a small bowl, whisk sauce ingredients until fully mixed. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to make the sauce slightly firm. Divide berries evenly into four dessert dishes. Spoon 1/4 cup sauce over each serving. Top with nuts and serve immediately.

Refrigeration: 1 hour
