1 cup plain nonfat yogurt (8 ounces)
1/3 cup finely chopped cucumber
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
1 small garlic clove, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel, for garnish

Combine yogurt, cucumber, mint, garlic and curry powder; mix well. Cover and refrigerate 6 to 24 hours to allow flavors to blend. Garnish with 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel.
