4 4 ounce boneless pork loin chops, 3/4-1 inch thick
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 teaspoon vegetable oil (1 to 2 teaspoons)
1/3 cup sliced green onion
1/4 cup raisins
1/3 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/4 cup chutney
2 tablespoons flaked coconut
Servings: 4
1. Mix curry powder and salt. Sprinkle lightly on both sides of the chops; rub into meat.

2. Preheat a 10-inch browning dish on HIGH (100% power) for 5 minutes. Add oil; swirl to coat dish. Add chops. Cover and microcook on HIGH (100% power) for 2 minutes.

3. Turn chops over; rotate dish a half turn. Cover and microcook on HIGH (100% power) 2-3 minutes more or until meat is cooked (155-160ºF internal temperature). Remove chops from dish. Do not drain juices. Cover meat and keep warm.

4. Add onion and raisins to dish. Cover and micro-cook on HIGH (100% power) for 2-3 minutes or until onions are crisp-tender. Combine broth and cornstarch. Add broth mixture and chutney to dish. Micro-cook, covered, 2-3 minutes, or until slightly thickened and bubbly. Serve chutney sauce over chops. Sprinkle with coconut.
