1 cup sugar
1 stick butter
1 stick margarine
3 tbsp water
1 cup pecans, chopped
chocolate chips
Mix first 4 ingredients together, put in heavy sauce pan. Cook until hard crack stage, remove from heat, add chopped pecans. Pour onto buttered cookie sheet, top with desired amount of chocolate chips, spread chocolate across toffee when melted. Cool and eat!!
