-1 Larger Bowl
-About 1 Cup Peanut Butter (creamy typically better)
-About 1/2 Cup Honey
-Favorite Protein Powder (vanilla and chocolate typically best)

Stir all the ingredients together in a bowl. Add the desired amount of protein powder (I've found it's best to add a little, stir or knead, add more if needed, stir or knead and repeat until you've reached the desired amount) Make sure you do not add to much powder to where the PB does not stick together well.

Once all ingredients are thoroughly stirred or kneaded...roll into little individual balls and place on a plate, etc, and put in the refrigerator. That's it.
