Serving Ideas: Serve with Soba Noodle Sushi. Slice and arrange sushi on a white platter. Drizzle it with Wasabi Oil and Soy Syrup.
1 cup thin soy sauce
1/2 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed
1/4 cup brown sugar
Servings: 28
1. In a saucepan combine soy sauce, orange juice, and brown sugar.

2. Reduce until an almost syrupy consistency is achieved.

3. Let cool. As it cools, the syrup will thicken.

4. Garnish with spring onions (scallions) and sesame seeds.
