1 cup plain yogurt
1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon coriander seed, crushed
1/4 teaspoon red pepper, crushed
1/4 cup red onion, minced
Servings: 8
In small bowl, stir together plain yogurt, cucumber, crushed garlic, crushed coriander seed, minced red onion and crushed red pepper. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
