3 ounces Mushroom Onion Field Roast, thin sliced
1/8 cup yellow onion, thin sliced
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon water
3 ounces Monterey Jack cheese
Black pepper
Sandwich roll
Servings: 1
1. Prepare Field Roast and cheese. Thin slice Field Roast and onion, grate cheese, combine soy sauce with water.

2. Sauté Field Roast and onion in hot canola oil. Add soy sauce/water mixture as deglaze. Season with black pepper.

3. Mound up mixture, top with cheese and cover with lid or bowl to melt cheese.

4. Place on sandwich roll to serve.
