8 slices bread
2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, cubed
8 ounces ham steak, cubed
12 large California Fresh Eggs
1 cup milk
1/3 cup maple syrup
Servings: 6
Grease a 9"× 13" casserole dish. Cut crusts from bread and cut into 1" cubes; spread 1/2 bread cubes in bottom of dish. Sprinkle cream cheese and ham over bread. Cover with remaining bread cubes. Whisk together eggs, milk and maple syrup; pour over bread mixture and refrigerate overnight. Next morning preheat oven to 375º and bake for 45 minutes.
