10 jalapeno peppers
5 thai chilis
1/2 cup cilantro stems, chopped
8 garlic cloves
4 tablespoons shallots, chopped
4 tablespoons lemon grass, chopped
5 fresh galangal slices
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon shrimp paste
Yield: 20 fluid ounces
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
