1/4 cup minced onions
1/2 cup melted butter
1 1/2 quarts lightly packed cornbread crumbs
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 teaspoon celery seed
3 tablespoons minced parsley
1/8 teaspoon pepper



1. Simmer onions in butter until tender.

2. Combine in a bowl, cornbread crumbs, salt, poultry seasoning, celery seed, minced parsley and pepper.

3. Add to onion mixture and heat well with out browning. Stir frequently. Enough for a 4 pound bird.
