1-1/2 cups strawberries, sweetened and crushed 350 g
5 cups cold milk 1.25 L
1/4 cup whipped cream or vanilla ice cream 60 mL
1 tbsp finely chopped nuts 10 g
Put strawberries in blender, add milk and cream or ice cream. Blend well until mixed and frothy.
Pour into tall, chilled glasses. Garnish with nuts and serve.
