Pantry Shelf Chili with Corn
Heat oven to 350F
1 can (15 1/2oz) chili without beans
3 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 can (12oz) corn with sweet pepper, drained
1/2 cup grated swiss or cheddar cheese
4 to 6 servings
Pour chili into greased baking dish.
Top with onion and corn; sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese bubbles.
