2 LBS EGGPLANT (LONG)
2 LBS MEDIUM FAT GRAUND BEEF
1 LARGE ONION
3 TOMATOES (CUT IN 4)
1 TABLESPOON TOMATO PASTE
SALT + PEPPER
1 TABLESPOON BUTTER
1 LEMON JUICE

Peel Eggplants, Cut Longwise And Then 2 Inch Thick.
In A Seperate Bowl Combine Ground Beef With Salt And Pepper.
On A Skewer, Put One Egglant, One Walnut Size Beef Ball.
And Then 2 Egglant, One Beef Ball.
Repeat. (total 3 Beef Balls And 6 Eggplants)on Charcoal, Barbecue The Skewers. Also, Barbecue The Tomatoes On Skewers.
In The Meantime, Put A Casserole On The Stove Top With 1 Tablespoon Butter.
When Melted Put Diced Onions, Stir Until Softened, Then Put Tomato Paste, 1 Minute Later Put Water (3 Cups).
When All The Skewers Are Barbecued, Put Them In The Casserole And Cook For 20 Minutes, Then Add Lemon Juice.
Serve With Plain Rice.
