Garlic Soup

5 cups/1.1 1/2pts vegetable stock
4 garlic cloves, crushed
3 level tsp/15mi paprika
3 level tsp/15mi cumin
salt and pepper
2 pieces bread, toasted oil
6 eggs (optional)
Serves 4-6
Pour vegetable stock into a pan, add the garlic, paprika and cumin, and bring to the boil. Season.
Break the toast into cubes and put into soup bowls.
Place a pan on the heat, lightly oil and fry the eggs until the white forms.
Tip out 1 egg into each soup bowl and pour over the boiling soup.
