  • 1 tbsp. chili powder[FONT=comic,arial,helvetica,sans-serif]
  • 1 tbsp. paprika
  • 1 tbsp. ground cumin
  • 1½ tsp. garlic powder
  • 1½ tsp. white pepper
  • 1½ tsp. black pepper
  • 1½ tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1½ tsp. ground thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard

For hotter spicier seasoning, increase the ratio of any or all of the pepper.
