8 cups small cauliflower flowerettes
1 pkg (600g) Europe's Best Zen Garden frozen vegetables
1 pouch (85g) Bernardin Dill Pickle Mix
3 1/3 cups vinegar (5% acidity)
3 1/3 cups water
6 (1/4&quot slices peeled gingerroot
6 500ml jars
In bowl, combine cauliflower and Zen Garden vegetables.
In stainless steel saucepan, combine Dill Pickle Mix, vinegar and water.
Bring to a boil; boil 1 minute and keep hot.
Placing gingerroot slice in each jar, fill jars following directions in product insert and leaving 1/2" headspace.

Refrigerated: Cool jars 1 hour. Store in refrigerator up to 3 months.

Pantry: Heat process - boil filled jars - in boiling water canner 10 minutes. Cool, check seals. Store in cool, dark place up to 1 year.
