Fiesta Salsa

11 cups chopped, seeded tomatoes
1 pkg. (600g) Europe's Best Fiesta Tropical Blend, chopped
1 pkg. (115g) Bernardin Salsa Mix
1 cup cider vinegar (5% acidity)
6 500ml jars
In a large stainless steel saucepan, combine tomatoes, Fiesta Tropical Blend, Salsa Mix and vinegar.
Stirring constantly, bring to a boil; simmer 5 minutes.
Ladle salsa into hot jars following directions in product insert and leaving 1/2" headspace.

Refrigerated: Cool 1 hour. Store in refrigerator up to 3 weeks.

Pantry: Heat process - boil filled jars - in boiling water canner 15 minutes. Cool, check seals. Store in cool, dark place up to 1 year.
