5 cups cucumbers, finely chopped
5 cups onions, finely chopped
1 red pepper, finely chopped
2 green peppers, finely chopped
1 small cabbage(not too small), finely chopped
3 cups celery, finely chopped
1/2 cup pickling salt
3 cups white sugar
3 tbsp. mustard seed
1 1/2 qts. vinegar
2 tsp. celery seed

Mix all vegetables together in a large container.
Pour pickling salt over vegetables and leave to set overnight.
Drain well.
Drain well.
Boil all other ingredients in a large pot.
Pour vegetables into the pot and cook for 10 minutes or until cooked.
Seal in sterilized jars.
