4 cups ripe Tomatoes-chopped
4 cups Onions-chopped
4 cups Celery-chopped
4 red Peppers-chopped
4 green Peppers-chopped
1/2 cup Salt
4 cups Vinegar
4 cups Sugar
2 tsp Celery Seed
1/3 cup Mustard Seed
5 pints
Mix all together. Let stand overnight. Drain. Boil about 5 minutes.
Pour in jars and seal.
