Recipe Feeder
1 bushel small or large beets 1 bushel
12 cups vinegar 3 L
12 cups sugar 3 L

Boil beets until knife will pass through easily. Put into cold water and rub skins off.

Slice, dice, french fry, or whole, I like all ways for different meals.

Put into hot sterilized jars. Boil brine and pour over beets. Seal. Let set for 6 weeks.
Chef's Note

A tasty picled beet that will go with everything.

Recipe easy to cut down: 1 cup to 1 cup.

Do little or do lots, they're very popular.
