1 Pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach
1/4 cup milk
1 Tbsp olive oil
3-4 cloves roasted garlic, mashed
1/2 tsp salt, or to taste
Tabasco sauce to taste
1 Pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 Pkg (3 oz) cream cheese, softened

Cook spinach according to package directions & squeeze dry (reserve liquid for other use). Use a saucepan to combine remaining ingredients & heat over medium to low heat, stirring often, until cheese has melted, stir in the spinach mixing well & continue to heat until all ingredients are warm. Serve either warm or chilled.

SERVINGS: About 1 cup
SERVING TIPS: Use as a sandwich spread, spread for appetizers or topping to a baked potato.
