One pack of chicken livers
1 large onion sliced
one slice of bread processed into breadcrumbs.
2-3 eggs hard boiled
2 tbsp brandy
2tblsp of some kind of oil.

Fry the onions in the oil until golden.
Transfer to processor, and fry livers until cooked through.
Meanwhile separate whites from yolks, and put whites in processor and keep yolks aside in a bowl (you have already hard boiled these..I did tell you in the ingredient list!)
When livers are cooked put into processor, and add brandy.
Process until you have a smooth paste.
Transfer into a serving dish and sprinkle egg yolks over the top.
Refridgerate for at least 1 hour.
Serve with matzot (or other crispbread or toast), and pickled gerkins.
