Recipe Feeder
5 tb butter 2 tb lemon juice
1 c onion, diced 1/4 ts nutmeg
2 c bread, crumbs 1/4 ts allspice
2 ea pippin apples, chopped 1 c almonds, chopped
1 c white wine



In frying pan, melt butter and saute onions until they are clear. In a
bowl, combine the bread crumbs with the onion mix. Add apples and wine.
Return to pan and cook 5 minutes longer. Add the remaining ingredients.
Stuff into turkey neck and body cavities. Makes 1 batch.
