1 1/2 cups Quaker Harvest Crunch Apples & Cinnamon or Original Blend
1 cup peeled, cored, chopped apples
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp sage
1/4 cup apple juice or water
2 tbsp butter, melted
4 lbs. lean spareribs
1/4 cup apple juice or water

Preheat oven to 350F

Combine Harvest Crunch with apple, green onion, salt and sage. Add first amount of apple juice and butter. Toss and combine. Place half the ribs in a 3.5L rectangular baking pan. Arrange stuffing along length of ribs. Top with remaining ribs. Add second amount of apple juice or water to pan. Cover tightly and bake for about 2 hours. Brush lightly with soya sauce.
