12 ounces butter
20 ounces light brown sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
3/4 cup whipping cream
Yield: 1 quart
1. Cream butter on medium speed until light.
2. Add sugar gradually while creaming. Add vanilla. Cream until fluffy.
3. Whip cream. Fold into sugar mixture. Chill.
