Veggie pizza
Preheat oven to 400F

1 12" prebaked pizza crust
1/2 cup salsa, pizza sauce, or pasta sauce
1 cup assorted vegetables, chopped
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
4 servings
Spread salsa over pizza crust.
Arrange vegetables over salsa.
Sprinke cheeses over top.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
Can be served cold or reheat in microwave or toaster oven.
