YOU WILL NEED

7-8 Flakes Fresh Garlic - Flakes Finely Chopped
1/2" Fresh Ginger - Finely Chopped
Few Fresh Basil Leaves - Chopped
1/2 Fresh Red Bell Pepper - Chopped
1 Cake Firm Tofu
2 Tbsp Curry Powder
Salt - To Taste
1 Boiled Potato (Or Potato Flakes from Trader Joe's)
4 Tbsp Breadcrumbs (Optional)
1-2 Tbsp Olive Oil

METHOD:

1. Shortcut: Instead of chopping everything separately, throw all ingredients (except breadcrumbs) into a food processor and chop finely.
2. Form this mixture into small hors d'oeuvres size round cutlets.
3. Dip both sides lightly in breadcrumbs (optional).
4. Gently pan fry both sides in olive oil until they become a beautiful warm golden brown and are slightly crispy on the outside.
5. Serve with ketchup, salsa or green chutney. It's that simple!
