Recipe Feeder
4 pork chops, 1 1/2-inches thick with pocket
1 cup seasoned bread cubes
1 cup applesauce
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon butter, melted

In a small bowl, combine bread cubes, applesauce, walnuts and egg. Mix well
and let stand until well moistened. Stuff each pork chop with 1/3 cup
stuffing. Arrange in baking pan. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with
salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 75 minutes, turning once. Makes
four servings.
