Recipe Feeder
Serves 4

Ingredients

2 x 8 inch storebought Pizza bases
1 Tbsp EVOO
4 x Frankfurter sausages, sliced into 5mm discs
1 clove garlic, minced
1 small red onion, finely diced
2 whole tinned tomatoes, roughly chopped (retain juices)
3 Tbsp tomato sauce
1 Tbsp white vinegar
3 tsp sugar
1 tsp smoked Paprika
1/2 tsp dried Oregano
1 beef stock cube, crumbled
1/2 cup diced mushrooms
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese

Method

Pre-heat oven to 220C. Place 2 pizza trays into oven to heat.
Brush Pizza bases with EVOO.
Combine next 11 ingredients, stir well and let rest 10 mins.
Top bases with mixture and sprinkle with cheese.
Place onto pre-heated oven trays and bake approx 15 mins, or until crusts are golden brown and cheese melted and bubbling.
Remove from oven, let rest a few minutes.
Slice and serve.
