Recipe Feeder
This is a copycat recipe for the Sweet Corn Cake Mix
packets that are sold by Chi Chi's and El Toritio's
Mexican Restaurants.

Ingredients

1 cup Masa Harina Corn Flour
1/2 cup granulated Sugar
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon table salt
1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
1/4 cup water
1 (15-ounce) can of cream-style corn

Directions

Preheat oven to 350-F.

In a mixing bowl, mix dry ingredients until well combined.

Stir in 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine.

Add 1/4 cup water and 1 can of cream-style corn.

Mix until ingredients are well combined.

Pour mixture into a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
Bake, uncovered at 350-F for 40-45 minutes or until liquid has been absorbed.

Use an ice cream scoop to serve corn cake as a side dish or for dessert.
