Chicken Delight Sauce

This recipe makes more sauce than you will need.
You can use this for other foods, such as salads, or dipping fries in.

  • 1 cup vegan mayo (I use Hellman's)
  • 1tbsp vegetable oil (or sub your favourite neutral oil)
  • 0.5 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 loose cup of finely chopped flat parsley
  • 2 tsp seasoned salt
  • 3.5 tbsp plant based milk
  • OPTIONAL (but highly recommended): 2 garlic cloves minced, 1.5 tsp basil)

Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix.
Set in the fridge to chill until ready to serve.
Note: The longer the better, flavours will develop, so think ahead.
