Easy Recipe Finder

Recipe Feeder
2 eggs
1 stick of margarine
1/2 pint sour cream
2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Topping

3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
2 Tbs. warm water
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Cream margarine and sugar, add eggs, beat well into creamed mixture. Sift dry ingredients together and add Alternating with sour cream. Add vanilla, mix well. Pour half batter into greased bundt pan or tube pan. cover mixture with half cranberry sauce, add remaining batter, then sauce. Cut through batter with knife, swirling sauce gently into batter. Sprinkle nuts on top. Bake 350 for 45 minutes, cool slightly, remove from pan, drizzle on topping.
