Easy Recipe Finder

Recipe Feeder
2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 beaten egg
1 cup store bought eggnog
1/2 cup butter, melted and cooled
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. rum

Grease the bottom and 1/2 inch up the sides of a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and nutmeg. Make a well in the center; set bowl aside.
In a separate bowl, combine the egg, eggnog, butter, vanilla and rum.
Add egg mixture all at once to the flour mixture. Stir just until moistened
(batter will be slightly lumpy) Spoon batter into prepared pan. Bake in a 350 pre heated oven for 45 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack for 10 minutes. Remove from pan.
Cool completely and store wrapped overnight before slicing...makes 1 loaf
