2 cans beef broth
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 medium onions, thinly sliced
Pinch of garlic powder

Simmer beef broth according to directions on can. Saute onions until soft, but not brown. Add onions to beef broth and add Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder. Bring to a boil,then simmer for 2 hours.

Optional: Once soup is ready, pour into bowls. Add croutons and mozzerella cheese and broil until cheese melts.
