2 whole onions, chopped
Saute in oil.
2 whole peppers, chopped (not too small), (any color)
add
3 to 4 sticks of celery, chopped
3 10 oz. cans sliced mushrooms, drained
add
3 to 4 tbsp. tomato paste
1/4 can water (more if necessary)
Garlic salt, salt and pepper to taste.
