Recipe Feeder
1 (16 oz.) can Hungry Jack refrigerated biscuits
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
2 c. rolled oats
1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
2 tsp. vanilla

Heat oven to 400 degrees.

Separate dough into 10 biscuits. Separate each biscuit into 2 layers.
Arrange layers in ungreased 13x9 inch pan. Press over bottom and 1 inch up sides to form crust.

Sprinkle chocolate chips over dough. Pour condensed milk over chocolate chips. Combine remaining ingredients and spread on top.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.
Cool; cut into bars.
