Recipe Feeder
Preheat oven to 350 degrees

1 box Marble cake mix
2 lbs Ricotta cheese
3/4 cup sugar
2 1/2 cups milk, divided use
4 eggs
1 teas. vanilla
1 3 oz. INSTANT chocolate pudding
1 8 oz container Cool Whip

Prepare cake according to box directions, including the swirling of the small packet included with the cake for marbling.
Pour batter into a greased 13x9 inch baking pan
Combine cheese, sugar, 1 cup milk, eggs and vanilla, blending well. Spread carefully on top of UNBAKED cake batter. Bake for 1 hour. (Cheese will sink to the bottom and cake will rise to the top when finished) Cool completely.

Frosting:

Prepare INSTANT pudding using the remainder 1 1/2 cups milk. Let pudding set up. Fold COOL WHIP into pudding mixture and frost top of cake. Please refrigerate this cake because of the ricotta cheese. Delicious.
