Recipe Feeder
Ingredients:
1 lbs. lean ground beef
1/2 cup dry lentils
2 cans Hunt's 14.5 oz diced tomatoes, "no salt added"
1 can Hunt's 14.oz diced tomatoes, "basil, oregano and garlic"
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
3/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
black pepper to taste
dash of paprika

Directions:
Brown the ground beef, season with a little paprika (if you prefer). Drain. Dump everything into a crockpot and cook either on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 5 to 5 1/2 hours.

It will yield about 6 cups. I typically eat two cups for lunch/dinner.
