Meat Loaf

[Cookie]

Mix:
1 lb. hamgurg
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs

Combine:
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup applesauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp salt
Dash of pepper
1/4 cup celery
2 tbsp. onions

Mix with hamburg and bread crumbs.
Pat down in loaf pan.
Mix 1/2 cup applesauce, 2 tbsp. brown sugar, 2 tsp. vinegar, and 1/2 tsp dry mustard.
Spread on top of hamburg loaf and bake for 1 hour at 350F.
