3 cans (32 oz each) sauerkraut, drained
6 cups diagonally sliced celery
4 cups grated carrot
3 cups chopped onion
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 cups sour cream or 1 cup light cream
1 tbsp. celery seed

Cut through sauerkraut several times; stir in remaining ingredients. Cover; chill 24 hours, stirring occasionally.
