1 lb. ground beef
1 medium can of cream corn
1 onion (small or medium)
4 or 5 potatoes to cover - depends on how well you like potatoes.
Salt and pepper to taste
Brown ground beef with cut-up onion, salt and pepper. Boil potatoes, then mash them. Do NOT preheat cream corn.
In casserole first put in ground beef and onion. Next, layer 1 can cream corn, topped with mashed potatoes and bake in oven at 350F until top is slightly brown or approximately 1/2 hour to 45 minutes.
